Test Operation Specification

1. Prepare test samples
Take the test floor and check its function and appearance in advance;

2. Confirmation before test

safety hazard to operation;
The test sample and the required fittings are complete and in good condition.

3. Operation procedure
(1) Clean the surface of the castor and dry with a cotton pad or paper dipped in ethanol. Place the
test support platform on the test platform to ensure that the hole on the specimen holder is bolted
to the test platform. Slow down caster to caster contact test piece. Put the vacuum cleaner as close
as possible to the test piece, but do not touch. Start the vacuum cleaner.
(2) Testing requires a product with a substrate. If the substrate is not specified, the polyethylene
foam with a density of (35 + 5) kg/m3 shall be used as a substrate with (2 + 0.5) mm thickness.
Install the sample on the test support platform with double adhesive tape or adhesive tape to make
